1. What Do We Need to Get Started?
To launch your Web-AmiGo website successfully, we’ll need a few key things from you. Preparing these in advance ensures a smooth and efficient start:
Your Logo
Your logo forms the visual identity of your business. Please send us your logo in high resolution (preferably as a vector file), so we can integrate it perfectly into your website.
Images and Photos
A picture says more than a thousand words. Provide quality photos of your products, services, team, or office. If you don’t have your own photos, no worries – we can use stock images.
Content
The text on your site is critical. Write compelling copy that convinces visitors and encourages action. Think about content for your homepage, about page, service or product pages, and your contact details.
Style Guide (Optional)
Have a style guide already? Share it with us! This helps ensure your new site matches your chosen colors, fonts, and overall brand tone.
2. Buildy Portal: Your Project Management Hub
We use a Portal for streamlined project management. You’ll get access to your personalized project dashboard, where you can view documents, share files, give feedback, and track progress. You’ll receive a personal invitation via email to get access.
3. Submitting Information and Files
In your Buildy Portal, you’ll find all the necessary forms and folders to provide your information, content, images, and other required files. One of the key steps is completing the Strategy Questionnaire — this helps us understand your business, goals, and target audience so we can create a website that truly works for you.
You’ll soon receive an email with direct links and further instructions. Please fill in as many missing details as possible so we can deliver your website within the agreed timeline. This enables us to build your site quickly, efficiently, and in line with your vision
4. The Design Process
Designing a website is an intensive and creative process. To give you a clear idea of what to expect, we’ve divided it into three key stages:
1) Layout & Design
In this phase, we define the structure and visual style of your website. You’ll receive an initial design preview, and we’ll refine it based on your feedback until we reach the final look.
2) Development
Once the design is approved, we move on to the development stage — where your website truly comes to life. Our team carefully transforms the design into a fully functional, responsive website.
3) Edits & Revisions
After development, you’ll have the opportunity to review the website and share your feedback. We’ll implement the necessary changes until you’re fully satisfied.
5. Completion & Launch!
Once your website is ready to go live, we’ll update your domain’s DNS settings to connect it to your new site. You’ll also receive access to the website editor so you can easily manage and update your content.
If you’ve chosen a business email package, we’ll provide all the necessary details to get your email set up and running.
